In the preferences, you can also time recordings to take place at set intervals. Annoyingly, however, videos can only be saved in a proprietary format created by the developer and it's not clear how you can convert this to something you can upload and share.
Keyboard And Mouse Recorder is certainly easy to use, but it is a bit too basic to be used for advanced recordings of mouse and keyboard movements. You may well be better off trying something like Keyboard Maestro.
